PicCollage Culture

This design is to convey the company's fun, creative and international culture, internally we would like to use the design as a way to inspire existing coworkers, as well as create a young and bold image to attract people with similar enthusiasm to apply for the company. "Live well, work well" as well as "International, Fun, Creative "are the two main concepts we want to amplify.

In order to incorporate the company message and show that we are a tech company, it is essential to keep the design simple but with a strong voice. Therefore I decided to use geometric shapes to convey the tech, dynamic aspect, but further develop the typography design by using bold lettering and gradient colors. The main shape defined are the sparkle and ellipse. The sparkle indicates how the company continues to spark inspiration and creativity; while the ellipse symbolizes the globe, conveying the international concept. The tubes and confetti like sprinkles add in the fun aspect and hints how the company maintains a positive environment.
